1. Website scope and contact
These terms govern use of yesndt.com, its information and account or inquiry features. The site presents industrial NDT products and provides a way to discuss requirements and request quotations. Online checkout is not currently enabled. For questions about these terms, email service@yesndt.com.
2. Inquiries and orders
A catalog listing, inquiry submission or account registration does not itself create an accepted order or reserve stock. Product model, dimensions, classification, packaging, quantity, price, currency, payment, delivery and applicable sales terms must be confirmed in the relevant quotation and order agreement.
These website terms do not establish a refund policy, shipping guarantee or product warranty. Any terms governing a purchase will be supplied and agreed for that transaction. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. Product and technical information
Descriptions and educational content are general information, not an approved inspection procedure, training qualification, engineering design or assurance that a product is suitable for every application. Verify the required product and its current manufacturer documentation with appropriately qualified personnel before use.
Images may be illustrative, digitally generated or edited. Application scenes are not evidence that YESNDT performed a customer inspection project. Actual product appearance, packaging and specifications should be confirmed before ordering. Third-party names and marks identify their owners and do not by themselves imply affiliation, authorization or certified equivalence.
4. Accounts and optional third-party login
Where account access is provided, use accurate contact details and protect your credentials. Do not access another person’s account or provide credentials to unauthorized persons. If you act for a company, you must have authority to submit information or instructions on its behalf.
Google customer login is available to designated test accounts during testing. It it will be an optional authentication method subject to the provider’s own terms and our Privacy Policy. A social account does not confer administrative access or automatically establish a commercial agreement. Contact us to report suspected account misuse or request account deletion.
5. Acceptable use and submitted information
Do not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive or malicious material; send spam; interfere with site operation; attempt unauthorized access; or misuse account and inquiry features. Submit only information you are entitled to share, and avoid unnecessary personal, sensitive or confidential information. We may restrict access or reject submissions where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users or lawful operation.
6. Website materials and external services
Website materials may be owned by YESNDT or used with third-party permission. You may view them and share links for legitimate product evaluation. Obtain permission before reproducing protected material for other purposes, except where applicable law permits use.
External websites and social services have their own terms and privacy practices. Their inclusion does not guarantee their availability or accuracy.
7. Availability, corrections and responsibility
We may update or correct content and temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security or other operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Please contact us about an error or suspected security issue.
Responsibility for any claim depends on applicable law and the relevant agreement. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, or replace separately agreed obligations for an order.
8. Privacy, changes and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Changes to these website terms will be posted here with an updated effective date and any additional notice required by applicable law. Changes do not automatically rewrite an existing order agreement.
