1. Policy scope and contact
This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit yesndt.com, contact us, submit an inquiry or use a website account. For privacy requests, email service@yesndt.com.
2. Information we collect
- Inquiries and correspondence: your name, email, country or region, and any company, phone or WhatsApp details you choose to provide; product, specification, quantity, application and message details; and the page from which an inquiry was submitted.
- Website accounts: account identifiers, email, profile details, password credentials stored in hashed form for password-based accounts, and account information you provide. Password-based public self-registration is disabled. Optional Google customer login is available to designated test accounts.
- Technical information: hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, browser information and error or access logs. Our inquiry form uses an email-and-IP-derived identifier temporarily to limit repeated submissions; this is not an advertising identifier.
- Transactions: if you proceed with an order, we may receive business, billing, shipping, payment-confirmation and order correspondence needed to carry it out. The website currently operates as an inquiry catalog, not an active online checkout.
Please do not send payment-card details, passwords, identity documents or unnecessary confidential project or personal information through the inquiry form.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to your requests, check specifications and availability, prepare quotations, administer authorized accounts, communicate about agreed orders, prevent abuse, secure the website and meet applicable legal obligations. An inquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing.
Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis, we rely on steps requested before a contract or performance of a contract, legitimate operational and security interests where permitted, legal obligations, or consent where required. We do not sell personal information or use information obtained through Google login for advertising or unrelated marketing.
4. Google login, when enabled
Google customer login is available to designated test accounts during testing. If you choose it, we will request basic identity information only: your Google account identifier, email address and verification status, and basic profile information such as your name or profile image where supplied. These details will be used to authenticate you, create or link your customer account through an appropriate verification process, display your account profile and provide account support.
We will not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail messages, Drive files, contacts or calendars for website login. The website will retain the account identifier, email and profile information necessary for the linked account; authentication credentials exchanged during login will be used for that login process, not for unrelated access to Google services.
Google identity information is accessible to authorized website administrators and necessary hosting and authentication service providers, and is not sent to product suppliers for sourcing. Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements. Google handles its own services under its Privacy Policy.
You can remove the connection through your Google account connections. Revoking Google access does not itself delete an existing YESNDT account or earlier inquiry records. Email us to request account deletion or removal of stored identity information. We will verify the request and delete information that is no longer needed, subject to necessary legal, security or transaction record retention.
5. Service providers and other recipients
Our website is hosted using Hostinger and runs on WordPress and WooCommerce. Hosting, email-delivery, backup, security and technical-support providers may process information needed to operate these services. Website inquiry records are stored in our website database and may be included in email notifications and backups.
Where needed for your requested quotation or order, we may share relevant product requirements and necessary contact or delivery details with suppliers, carriers or payment-service providers. We limit sharing to the information needed for the purpose. We may disclose records where required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
WordPress and WooCommerce may use cookies for authentication, security, preferences and website session functions when those features are used. The website may also use browser storage for functional features such as emoji compatibility. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking necessary cookies may prevent login or other functions from working.
We use Google Analytics through Google Site Kit to understand website traffic. Depending on your browser and the current settings, Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and process page visits, referral information and device information through Google. We also use Independent Analytics for first-party website statistics stored in our WordPress database. It records page visits, estimated unique visitors, referring sites and basic device and geographic categories; the plugin does not set tracking cookies or retain raw IP addresses. We use these reports to understand which pages visitors find useful and where visits originate. We do not enable Meta advertising pixels, WooCommerce order-source tracking or Hostinger Reach marketing embeds. We will update this notice if these settings or services change and obtain consent where required.
Our Facebook, TikTok and WhatsApp links take you to separate services with their own privacy practices. We do not embed their social feeds on these pages. If you choose the Google login button, your browser will communicate with Google for authentication.
7. Processing locations
Our business operates in China. Website, email and other service providers may process information in other countries depending on their infrastructure and the services used. We consider applicable transfer requirements when choosing and configuring providers. Contact us if you need information about the processing of your particular inquiry.
8. Retention and security
We retain inquiries and correspondence while needed for follow-up, quotation history, an ongoing business relationship or resolving disputes; account data while the account remains in use or is needed for these purposes; and transaction records for applicable accounting and legal requirements. Technical logs and backups are retained for operational recovery and security purposes. Records no longer needed for these purposes are deleted or anonymized through our maintenance process. Backup copies may remain until the applicable backup cycle replaces them.
The website uses HTTPS and access-controlled administration. These measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not share your account password.
9. Your requests and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your data, restriction of processing, or objection to certain uses, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Send requests to service@yesndt.com with the subject “Privacy request” or “Account deletion”. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your authority, without requesting your password. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful reason for retaining particular records. Where applicable, you may complain to the relevant privacy authority.
10. Children and updates
This industrial supply website is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate. We will date updates to this policy and provide additional notice where required for material changes.

Email newsletter subscriptions
If you voluntarily subscribe, we use your email address to send YESNDT product updates, inspection knowledge and sourcing news. We use an email confirmation step before adding you to the active mailing list. Subscription and confirmation records are stored by our website newsletter system. You can unsubscribe using the link in each newsletter or contact service@yesndt.com. We retain subscription details while needed to manage your subscription and necessary consent or suppression records. Inquiry submission or account creation does not automatically subscribe you. Optional marketing email tracking is disabled.
Login security protection
Our local login-protection system temporarily processes IP addresses, failed-attempt counts and lockout status to prevent password guessing and unauthorized access. These security checks are separate from optional visitor analytics. We do not enable the login plugin’s cloud service or persistent email lockout notifications. Hosting security and access logs may be retained under the hosting provider’s security settings.
Language preferences
The language selector may store your choice in your browser to remember it and avoid repeated suggestions. Language suggestions use your browser language settings and do not require IP geolocation.
